Root server with 34083

Hello, is there any tutorial regarding this?

If not, how can I configure my serverfiles in a normal pc so other people can join the game.
Already tryied the "ip fix" dif for my game but it didn't work, when I try to connect from another computer my character doesn't enter the map.
