Macroing in the background

When i level at adv zone, I use a free macro program called macromaker ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) and an auto click script ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]). Macromaker sits and meditates, while clickalot right clicks every 3 seconds. It works pretty well, except for the fact that I cant do anything else while i macro. Macromaker completely takes over mouse and keyboard controls. My question is if there is any way to macro in the background...that is to say to send the commands directly to the conquer window so I'm free to do other things while I macro. Could this be done with SCAR or AutoIt or macro magic?

but you can make macros that'll use button's and won't move mouse for meditation (au3IT)

or you can try to make something with invisible text and windows (etc.)
AutoIt v3 info window shows visible window text, hidden window text and etc.
mayebe you can do something with this info


btw.: anyway background macro can't do much.... like for meditation you need stamina and to regain stamina you need to sit so you'll need to wait anyway..
