Update version launcher

Hey, i have problems when i do new files on ''vertrigo'' for patch/update launcher, i change VERSION 30 for VERSION 31 (for have the new update/patch) .

But the problems its, when i start the launcher, nothing happens launcher not patched, and for others guys its patched...
And when i make again VERSION 30 It's worked, but i need 31 for add new update... help please:handsdown:

VERSION 30 :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (patch)


VERSION 31 :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (no patched)

Have you Skype addet.
