hi is it possible to change the Map (press M) and delete some Citys and Zones ?

i wanna create a D8 Server without that Citys Alex, Constantinopel, and more.

i wanna only have Hotan, DW, Jangan
how can i do this?

next question is it possible to add the old Item Mall to vsro 1.88?

and i wanna delete (set to 0) this glow. but what is it? is that glow an NPC?
Port with Reverse Scrolls is deleted. (done)
