now i know theres a OLD post showing how to do this, but it doesnt work me... every time i search for the IP it said "can not be fond" i downloaded a EP3 Shaiya file from this site. ya i know this game is more or lease dead... but still

Download the pack of game.exe with their ip (ref into ip.txt)

Assuming you are using Shaiya Omega files server ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])
The game client for EP 4.5 can be found here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Search for the IP 174.142.118.105 and change it to your own in game.exe
