Hardware Reserved Ram

Hello Forum,
Please I want a help ..
I have a laptop lenovo b575e 2GB Ram .. (1.4 GB Usable Ram)
why hardware reserved 615 MB ??
How to remove hardware reserved ram ?
I tried msconfig not working ,,
Regedit not working ..
Please Help Me ..
Notice :
My windows was 7 ultimate 32 bit and now it's 64 bit and still 1.4 GB usable
My brother has samsung laptop 2 GB windows 7 professional 32 bit (0 MB hardware reserved) ..

this is not a driver or hardware issue.

Depending on the installed hardware it is needed to show the hardware where the 32Bit Adress-Space ends, that ist what you see with xxx Ram available. your full RAM is useable, no worries, due diffrences between 32Bit and 64Bit Adresstranslation this step is needed to get the drivers and Hardware work correct. There are Kernel fixes on the Internet to prevent this preallocation, but its strictly not recommended to use this, because the could cause instable Systems.

Again, your full Ram is useable, windows just misinterprets the 32Bit border

Then, You mean I have full ram usable and the hardware reserved is nothing ?

the hardware will reserve some ram, but not that amount you see in your systemsummory
the amount of reserved ram is a theoretical value

Now I installed Win 7 64 bit and the same problem still

Dont install 64Bit with less than 4GB RAM!

btw->Multiaccounting detected
