Decrypter pack fille

I have a problem ... I want to decrypt pack from a server but this is just an extension "M2e" and the other lacking extension ...
How could I to decrypt it? A solution? Is it possible / impossible?

Everything is Posible! Because the Source is Public! ;)

Then how can I decrypt a file format .m2e and no other extension?
