Edit Monster.dat (Dat <-> Txt)

Note:
Due to my [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] thread, got quite few request because high6's DatCryptor does not exists in his thread anymore
anyhow, here is an alternative version of it.
it is a wrapper of flowerpot's [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] command line tool

Functions:
1. Convert Monster.dat to a readable/editable text format
2. Convert Monster.txt back to Monster.dat

Example of usage:
1. Modify ZoomPercent to change certain Monster/Guard/Npc size
2. Modify Level to change Monster's Black/Red/Green name appears on client
3. Modify MaxLife to zero in order to disable certain Monster's health bar from view

Modifying Monster.dat is client side, only u will see the difference, thus no one knows u have a modicay graphic client

I dont expect most of u will use this program, its similar to editing ItemType, u can just download off a modify version of Monster.dat from some one. However, it does get interesting when u explore the potential on the Monster.dat file in order to make ur game-play experience better

Instructions 1:
1. Back up the Monster.dat
2. Drag the Monster.dat to Dat_Txt.exe
after editing and save the Monster.txt
3. Drag the Monster.txt to Dat_Txt.exe

OR

Instructions 2:
1. Back up the Monster.dat
2. Double click to open Dat_Txt.exe
3. Select file (Dat or Txt)

Like those thunder ape, they are huge and sometimes you are lost in them so u can make them smaller with this programm if Im right...

probably u can, by changing the monster's level higher
but whats the point, as stated clearly in the first post:

does that mean i can change the exp from a pheasant to 1000 and actually get 1000 exp
or does it say i get 1000 exp but i actually get 1 exp...

it meant that it can display 1000exp on ur screen, but actually getting 1 exp in server
thats what we call client side edit, only show effects on the client user is using

similarly for ppl editing MapItemIcon.ani and ItemType, just because u change all the names and images to DB, doesnt mean that when u pick up, it will be DB, it will turn back to whatever server is on data with that drop
