So having this really does nothing for you. It is literally an XML file that defines strings in a certain language. This is commonly used in programming and you access any text from these files so it is simple to switch language.
Pretty much what I am saying is this file gives you no insight into "hacking" or "exploiting" bigpoint except for the variable/resource names they use for strings.
