That is a computer error. The problem is that your launcher does not ask for Administrative permissions, which are needed to download, access, move, and delete files.
You can fix this by right clicking the launcher and then running it as administrator, but a better solution would be programming the launcher to ask for administrative permissions.

Try to run it with another windows mode. And make a cross on "Run always as admin"

just run your fuc....... dekaron.exe from bin folder
