I've got a big knowledge and you can't modify a MySQL database value for adding gems or so, though you can exploit VIA Social Engineering ways like contacting Google.
Google can offer you a refund so you get your money back but can't remove the gems - the only thing that is working. There's another method for iOS but you are doing this on Android.
You pay VIA your card and then you contact Google Wallet support from their accounts so they will give you money back and they keep the gems - that's what you are doing cause there are no exploits except client-side ones.
You are trying to sell something for money that people can do for free cause it's all around the internet (Android method). There is also a big risk of getting banned after doing this multiple times as Supercell is not that stupid to ignore people who get their money back X times. It may work 2-3-4 times but after that there's a huge risk of getting account banned, many got banned for this.
You can't trade gems, you are exploiting them, unless you are a Supercell employee, though you are not a Supercell employee so you have no access to the database (even a Supercell employee doesn't have access to the database, maybe a higher rank).
Good luck in your sales.
