.kom extracting still available

Heyo guys,

i did kom extracting a while ago (like 2 years).
I used the common els_kom. I think ppl who used this will know what i mean.

I started playing Void Elsword, and tried to extract a bit with my old kom extractor. I had to see, that this program isnt working anymore for the important .kom datas. (036 :p)

So my question is, is there a new extractor so i can extract this kom?

With my old extractor it always say data error. I guess they updated the important koms :D

Die .kom Dateien die für die Model,Texturen und Sounds zuständig sind, krieg ich auch so auf. Und .lua und .x files kann man durchaus ändern.

Mir geht es einzig und allein nur darum, dass es anscheinend wohl kein neueren Public kom extractor gibt, da ich die kom036 nicht öffnen kann. Dort befinden sich die files die ich brauche. Leider hab ich momentan noch nicht genug know how um die selber zu entpacken - aber mal schauen.

title editing no longer works right?

Hey Guys.
I've managed to extract kom files and have access to the .lua files.

I used the CryptTool like i did a few years ago. e.g

EWCryptTool -d TitleTable.lua TitleTable.lua.dec

The console said the following:
Working with file — TitleTable.lua
Done!

Now i have the decrypted lua file in my folder. But when i try to open it with any editor (LuaEditor,Notepad++ etc) it is still decrypted.
I tried encrypt the decrypted file, but its the same result.

Still decrypted .lua file.
Do i miss something? Where is my mistake?

Hab jetzt auch versucht die zu entschlüsseln per Batch Datei.

java -jar unluac.jar TitleTable.lua > TitleTableEdit.lua

luadec TitleTable.lua > TitleTableEdit.lua

Funktionierte nicht, vermutlich wegen deinen genannten Gründen.
Wie finde ich den neuen Algorithmus jetzt rauß? Bzw. Mit welchem Programm kann ich jetzt am besten vorgehen um die Dateien zu entschlüsseln?

-Mathe Analysis ( 10/11 Klasse Gymnasium ,Lol)
-Kryptoanalyse
-Und Programmierkenntnisse
