Cannot receive login data

Hello everybody! How long ...
I'm back and rusty.
I installed the server already on two PC's. I have the green arrows. But any client I test I get the error "cannot receive login data".
I know that the problem is between the server and the database. But I'm not identify. :confused:
Does anyone have any idea what could be?

Do you have the same client version (serverfiles->client) ?

Thank you.
I found another solution. Created an environment with Win Server 2008 and MSSQL 2008.
It worked 100%.
