I'm able to run 9dragons on 8.1 windows. Anyone wants to know how? :)

Windows (8.1). Yes the gamegaurd was the issue

What error did you get previously ? 114 or 662 ?

Nah, Communication closed because windows 8.1 is not compatible with gamegaurd due some reason but it works in gamecampus. And some other games that use gamegaurd but not the private servers

When did I say so? I just want someone to vouch it for me if its working for him then I'd release it. That's why I made this topic. I need someone who has windows 8.1 like me and see if it works. if it works I'm making new topic with instructions and everything.
