beta is a test server for only chosen players, if u got a newsletter in your forum to test it, you can make complaint if the page is not working, but if nothing in forum, the beta is a test site, so they can test for example new authorization system, or new php things, wich is inconnection with the main site. :)
And pls dont forget beta don't have support. ;)
