no agro editing

can any1 help me how to edit csv file to make monster no agro ..everthing alredy make,,,, wall ,autopot ,skill ,mobs speed ,zoom ,speed char and boss mass spwn ..except no agro i dont know how to do it ...plzzzz help ..need help !!!!:(:(:(:(
