[VOID] Checking FPS?

Hi my beloved epvp*community

I just wanted to ask how you can actually check the fps ingame since fraps and bandicam and some other tools of mine are blocked, or simply won't work for that game.

I'm about to find out how to break that so-said 'fps cap' but.. looking up how much i actually got should help me with that..just a little x)

I hope I'm not violating any rules with this question - (:rtfm:)

MSI Afterburner should still have access to the x2.exe.

if not there is an plugin for OpenBroadcasterSoftware(OBS).

If you have an nvidia graphics card that isn't completely old you can use nvidia shadow play to show an FPS counter. (Or even record in high quality without losing fps.)

Well now I am certainly confused. I got a pretty powerful amd card which is a high end gpu however, i seem to not even get to the fps cap stable, I'm around 73ish with frequent drops to 50~..

Any help on that would be appreciated

Some specs:

8GB RAM 1666mhz
I7 8x2,9ghz
Amd radeon sapphire r9 290x triple oc
120gb ssd bleh~
And a plain old monitor LOL

However this seems very odd so any help is appreciated

Therefore to actually breaking the fps cap i should reach it first

Windows 8 doesn't exactly like Elsword as a game.

Are you running it in compatibility mode?

Graphics driver updated?
Windows updated?
Or perhaps your PC is just running too hot? Did you check the temperature with things like CoreTemp?

If these 3 are also not the case then I don't know what could be wrong.

Theres an Skype bug if you stream your Screen with it.
Task Manager > Skype > Force Close > Reopen
(only if thats the case)
How can i find it out?:
If the Mouse is flickering.

Too the previous post

graphics are indeed up to date, so is windows

My PC is always at approx 45-60° in everygame (gotta love my cooling system)

I noticed that elsword only uses... 0-1% of my GPU and CPU..which is....just why?

however i thought if i would be able to actually feed it with more resource it could possibly work.

And YES this is only Elsword, i can play whatever game I want at stable 240fps+ on maximum settings (not wanting to be prolly but just to show the case)

feel free to add me on skype to discuss the problem since epvp is fairly slow when it comes to troubleshooting.

And also feel free to add to to discover the secret of removing the fps cap ;3
