Is it possible?

I know you can change the music files but is it possible to change the sounds like for example in my case i want to change the voice aka what they say when they taunt....just wondering!

you can change anything really.. It will only come up for you though... Also don't ask me im not sure where it is... I wana change item files xD but can't find the images.
