check your geomind regedit double check what is the default. Open you sql 2008 then look for the RohanUser then look for the tServer right click it click the "edit 200 rows" then you will find if all ip is same with the settings on the regedit. after that if didint work out.. well honestly this is spoon feeding but i giving you an idea how you can troubleshoot why its didnt bind on your local lan. Whether you are using a router or a hub or just a single pc. single pc default ip is 127.0.0.1 well hope this will help you. Because its a long way to setup running rohan local play you will undergo ssl thingy and xampp blah blah. But GL man you can do it.

You need to focus in your db server first before running log server, to bind it check your db connection with the use of regedit in geomind registry, check the RohanUser->tServer if all ip is set to 127.0.0.1 it should work. Fyi 127.0.0.1 is the default ip to play offline without lan.
