NPC put in half in the ground!

I changed some NPCs with other NPCs and thousands are seen half the ground ... all: | How can I fix this?

1. go Filezilla open the pfad : /usr/home/game/share/locale/germany/map/metin2_map_a1

2. open npc.txt

3. show your npc
