Need Help Setting Local Server

Greetings,

I just started to like rohan, and it is really a good game.

I am planning to set up local (personal) server (not making actual server) for educational purposes.

I have server files. My friend gave it to me, but I don't know how to set up it.

I have experienced in programming, so editing files should not be a problem.

I only need to know how to set up, like what are the tools / softwares I need.

And the step by step process on setting up. What computer / OS i need.

My RohanAuth is ASP file not PHP. What database should I use?

I did local servers on different game, but Rohan is likely advanced. I would love to try it. I will be glad if you help me out. You can pm or comment here thanks in advance. Looking forward to it.

Thank you I already installed it btw. My Problem now is working with items, ex. putting stats. I tried but i can't seem to make the stats like +999999, it sometimes turn into (-) value. I already studied the hex... hmm

if im not wrong, marvetick/zzrachiel/ishtaria/kennetzh etc etc has posted about this many times. go around and find it. if you want to add stats on bin files, that have different value. i dont think thats a hex value.
