GlobalManager Problem

Hello epvp .. I got a Problem in the global Manager :S Whenever i start thats what it does : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] what's the Solution for this ? :S Thanks in advance :)

@Exo .. I Checked them . and before all of that appear it shows Connected to DB . so i think nothing wrong with the inis :S
