Mass Spawn How to install it?

Mass Spawn How to install it? i need to install mass spawn, i have it on CE but i dont like it cuz spawn so slow and i can only spawn 900mobs , i want the other one with W but can anyone explain me step by step ? or how to do it easily?????plz guys and thanks for skill and shield.;)
