i receiv every day many DDOS attack and this server no donation required, i can't pay for better hosting server ,and i think this was you got error to updating , Sorry for this , but i can't do better ,

to many P-Server online and i just want to have a good comunity in game ,but other DEV don't want to see me online .

Sorry to all but i think i'm going to close and i would like thank many people here for RELEASE and help , i m' just tired to see people like this DDOS attack the little P-Server like mine or try to inject my database , But in 3 DAY i have receiv 5 DDOS attack , 2 attempt to inject my database , and other attempt to down my server i can stay online , but just tired to see that thing


Let people like me open P-Server this only players can have jugement about this , not Concurency or Other DEV

30 players online for me it's good but with attack that impossible

I got many friend or not friend geting ddos cause they buy vps for 80$ (loose of money) and they vps get closed cause of no protection on it.

If you guys check the ip of other server's and see where they come from you will see 50% of them come from OVH.
In OVH, it evoluate every time. New ddos protection or more ddos protection and more thing. Recently they bought some Cisco models.

I recommand get a VPS at 19 euros for start (4GB Ram 50 disk space 4vcores) it has no lag no delay.

It is sad that the Shaiya community has belittled itself to what it is. There are people who think that they are better or smarter than others because they can use services and tools, botnets, and booters to take down small servers that have not been configured correctly, or are not able to pay for enterprise grade DDoS protection, or even protection at all. Doing that creates an image for yourself, and it is not pretty.

I can see where you come from but would encourage you to stay.

momocruz every servers have ddos attack .
No matter who you are you have be ddos every time with many reason.
As JujiPoli say -buy vps in OVH they have good DDoS protect

sorry to say this but every server have ddos and injections and so on.

ddos protection do everyone have. even minecraft servers out there. you need a server where ppl need to farm a bit. if you run a totaly everyone get free server you will experience down time in pvp becouse of too many on 1 side and when players have nothing to do they leave.

with farming you can get a bit of donations, no you will never be ritch running a server. but you can get money to host a game.

250 usd or around there for 200-500 online is a ok price with ddos and everything.

you could also get a game protection for 59 usd a month. this will then filter all ip's before it hit your server.

only ports open then is game/login and 80 for website/php scripts

there is many ways to fix this. but every server need a litle proitection and something to do at dead pvp times
