L2Tool?

Hi,

Does anybody know how to use the L2Tool.exe (made by Japansese person).

It allows you to edit textures of characters and then imports back into the .utx file.
I'm having trouble using it. Please help!

This is where the tool came from:

but it's in Japanese. You can download the tool and use it for youself to see if you can understand this. Please help!
