Blackscreen ECSRo-VIP

Hi Everybody
when i login with my char and go to ht sometimes i dropped out of game with a blackscreen no errormsg only blackscreen i try to login again but its always the same - blackscreen with my twink ( stays in dw) no blackscreen
and no got the new media and particel

pls help

Got the same problem sometimes.. usually at the day hours where a lot of ppl are online.. And i dont know how to fix it either, if it even can be fixed.
