Remove a Rogues Combo Points as a Hunter

Once the rogue is attacking you, send your pet on him and then scatter
shot. This will cause him to wander around and automatically
distarget you. Now once your pet hits the target, it'll automatically
cause him to target the pet, thus losing all his combo points on you.
