Problem with voting box.

Hello beautiful people of ElitePvpers! I have this problem that I cannot fix myself, so I hope you guys will help.

Whenever I click "Click here to vote!", nothing happens. I do not know why. I really need help in this, I'm sorry if I am that noob.
