My first webdesign in photoshop for CoPserver

This is my first web design for a conquer online private server, please say what you like of it.
I have not many experience with photoshop, so please dont flame me.

And if it is bad, whats bad on it etc.

The background only putted the iamge you didnt added some brushes or to modify something.
Those blocks maroon they don't fit so well,the background is blue and green so the blocks must be kinda blue with a lil green.

im using PS CS2 and Paint.NET also 3dsMax....

and the best Program in the WORLD is C#....hahaha

C# is not the best, Visual Studio is, not C Visual Studio or C++ Visual Studio or C# Visual Sutdio, but just Visual Sutdio, wich was used to make Windows XP.
And i dont care if yours are best, im new to this editing, is first time i ever tried to make a web design, so thats why is not quite good.
