help plz with swsro

hi all i downloaded the game and when i open it an empty error appear it's title is silkroadonline nothig more when i press ok on it the game appear but no start the game freeze so i close what should i do and is it offline or what??

is ther someone knows f this server will be open? or it will be totally close forever?
