what the point of this app? calculator already has this functionality lol

Completely pointless. If you're using a proxy or other tool to log packets then you surely should have the knowledge to do a basic hex<>dec<>ascii conversion.

If you're just converting between values then the windows calculator already does that as pop mentioned.
