--[request]-- Help with my billing server

Hello Epvpers,

I have some problems with my billing server.
My shardmanager crashes every 30 seconds after launching. Now my fatallog says that my billing server is dead.

I've checked everything 3 times but i cannot find any possible solution.
I've tried with new files but still i keep having the same problem.

Is there someone who is able and willing to help me thought teamviewer?

There are many possible solutions for your problem, i'll write some of them below
1- You did not install ASP.net when you installed iis
2- Press start-> search for services and start asp.net
3- Server.cfg-> billing server should be smth like : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]/
4- Your iis default website path is not configured correctly, it should be c->inetpup->wwwroot
5- There is no iis files in wwwroot
6- Maybe default website is stopped?

Thanks for your quick reply, i've checked everything 3 times and everything should be fine,,, It has worked some time ago before i restored my computer(back to factory default.) Do you have time to help me though teamviewer maybe?
