There's actually still a method to use codes if you have the card with the code on - this worked for me a few weeks ago.

I got all the cs skins from the Korean event. Search for something like that maybe you'll find someone :)

buy it from someone with an unused card, and then get them to write your summoner name on it and send a pic of it to you with the code showing. then, send it to riot games support. riot will credit your account with csriven
