Scroll down, you'll see a table with 9D's available services, it says that in the first 1/4 of 2015 SEA Market will publish 9D Global.

Yep, Jamie really "burned" me considering he clarified something which I misunderstood from his post.
Btw, I was totally trying to be "cool" by letting people know about a potential global publisher and DISCUSSING that the TW version won't be 9D 2, but rather 9D 1. Yeah, how dare I DISCUSS on a FORUM, such "cool things" I'm doing over here.
