SwitchBot 3.1 problem

Hi, guys today i wanted to use the switchbot for the first time but when i do the 3 seconds thing it shows me like a error window saying "Exception: main.cpp|78||InitModule
Fehler beim Initialisieren der Clientfunktionen, der Bot muss beendet werden. Melde dich bitte mit Servname auf meiner Facebook-Page!" and my Metin shuts off. I have friends that use this bot in the same metin2 that i play and some friends that can't use it like me. Can someone help me pls?
