[Problem] adding item to NPC

i'm using this guide to add items to npc.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i added the item, opened the gameserver. it worked fine.
but i can't get the media lines to add it in
[RefShopGoods.txt,RefPackageItem.txt,RefScrapOfPack ageItem.txt,RefPricePolicyOfItem.txt] any help how can i do it ?
