Hmmm interesting.
The 9.1 files are not released yet and the only team that claims to have them is Arabic.
So as far as GM tools that have been built, they are built to work with the 8.1 server files and will work with any 8.1 server files.
You could look in the tools sticky thread in the "Rappels Private Server" sub forum although I don't think there have been any officially released in a French language.
There are some French developers though and they may be willing to assist you.
