Ok... some one asked how to do this so I think it needs it's own topic.
There has been reports of people getting very high xp well in instances and there rest state being bugged....
There is a trick to get this it is not a thing that just happens randomly...
Code:
1. To do this trick first enter an instance.
2. Once your in walk backwards so your on the edge of the blue instance portal.
3. Attack something from were you are and kill it on the edge of the portal.
4. You should now have bugged a rest state if not keep trying it does work.
