not the login screen..the droppliste ingame to read for every user^^

Why to make it in game when a player is not capable to read a website ?
A player know 4 things :
*REgistration = when he could success alone to find it same in front of them eyes.
*PVP rank = its Pretty good way to see the Destroy faction but determinate in anyway wich one is the Best player...
*Forum/chat Box = Need for the QQ ! or to scream High "WHY this???!!!"
SAME all information essential arent Read ! even by some "gs" illusionist just hungry by the tag !
*and Download ! for sure !
So What do you expect to put a drop list ingame when, A "normal" player cant take information from a site or forum ?
second, it's in this kind of vision to eat all for player that in finally they will not abolishing them pampers !
in case that you want to do, just use some "Useless" picture/graphical design of Shaiya to made it !
As when you click on Guild House Menu, replace the wrote...
Like on this picture where it s write this, just change it...as Exemple:bandit:

You could use the notice.txt file.
But as Diavolino said, is a waste of time, since players are TOO lazy to read any text with more that 3 words.
