I need help

I was trying to set up my conquer server again because i recently had to format my pc, i was up to the point where you start the server using visual studio(using redux server btw-created by p4n) and i got this error mysql.data.mysqlclient.mysqlexception
I looked it up and cant find anything useful, if anyones had this problem and solved it id appreciate the help, thanks for reading

Install Microsoft community server also make sure your database is executed with no errors and the server configured properly!
