Cannot start smnet : 9

Hi,
I am using those files ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])

___ Whenever i try to open smc and put in the GM id and pw it gives me an error with a title " Fatal error " and a message box saying " Cannot start smnet :9 "

I did put my ip in ServiceManager.cfg and smc_updater.cfg

Idk if it is a problem with the smc folder itself but if it is the reason then if you would upload a working smc for me...thanks

Check the SMC port @ inis
