Don't think mania engine is supposed to be used by everyone, since most of the UCE require keys or passwords, so stick with a normal CE as most UCE now are CE. And since you don't seem to have any idea what to do after you open the program, visit CE forums and learn how to use the program, or read some of the already posted tutorials.
