What is a memory menu?

Hi guys need some info on a memory menu i had a script injector before i think but never a memory menu correct me if i'm wrong, the injector is the thing that bypasses the BE updates and the script is like the thing you use to turn on ESP spawn in items etc?

Well games data is stored in your PC's memory and basically all a memory menu does is edit the memory that is stored. This way you can change values like your Ammo. count!:)
