[RECRUIT]Project MagicStone

I am recruting a team for making a server called Project MagicStone:
What will it be and what client etc.

I havent added anything yet or anything.
I will do as much i can.

Here is what im recruting for:
Some more coders, because im not good at coding.
Some that is good at making items for making 135items textures+effect and adding them to database(I tried to, but lets say i suck add making items)
Some that knows hows to make garments,
cause there will be added new garments, that isnt seen in other servers.
Webdesign for making website(I have no idea about Html,php etc.)

What will the features end up with:
All the regular co things like marriage, divorce, ladyluck, compose etc.
Weather
Day & Night
All Weapon Skills
Normal CO NPC's
All Magic Skills
Dis City
Lab
All shoppingmall iems work
Special Quests
GuildWar with GuildWarJail
All mobs + special mobs and boss mobs
Special item called MagicStone, wich can be used as a valueitem for using to special things
New Skills:
SkillBane:COST 75%STAM Can remove a skill the player is using at the moment
ex. Fly or Stigma
FlameBlast:MAGIC You use skill on 1 and it sends a strings to near oppenents
Teleport:XPSKILLYou teleport to the mirrorside of your oppenent you last hittet (Zap is best here), but they have to be on your screen
ex.
You = X
Enemy = Y
X rightside
UseSkill
Y Middle
X leftside
SuperStigma:MAGICCan be level 0/Fixed and it give more Damage with magic(25%more) & melee(100%more)
New class:
ThunderTaoist:
Same skills as watertaos, except healerskills, it have stun, dispel(ex. skillbane) skills instead + it learns superstigma

Use MagicStone for:
•Upgrade gear to level 135 (10 for chance with 25%chance)
•Upgrade gear to level 135 (45 for 100%chance)
•Upgrade gear from +9 to +10 (5 and is 100%Chance)
•Upgrade gear from +10 to +11 (10 and is 100%Chance)
•Upgrade gear from +11 to +12 (15 and is 100%Chance)
•Make 2nd socket(2 100%Chance)
You can make 10MagicStones to a MagicStonePack
You can use MagicStonePack like a metscroll with right click on it

How to get MagicStones:
Exchange 50000CPs to 1
GWWinner gets 10
Pluto(DisCity)Drops 50of them
Clearing LAB3 give 3
Quests give, but only 1 #EDITED
Events

Hmmm..nice ideeas,but that with magic stone you need to add to 2-3 custom quests no more and make low chances liek a DragonBall when you want to use in Twin city if you know what i mean then would be awesome.

It's rather funny how I see him pop up into various team recruits for making websites than when I run his creations they just explode from emberassement when validating.

heh, the teleport spell reminds me of my Ambush spell on my aion assassin.

I suggest you write a source from SCRATCH(#), if you could?
Then second of all adding skills is gonna require some editing with a HEX Editor.
Please consider all the things you need and need knowledge of before starting a project first.
