bug adding unsupported blues to avatar

Hello,
there is some kind of new bug where you can add unsupported blues to avatars.
Example: you can add only 1 STR on your hat avatar but some how someone can add 3 STR which is not showing if you try to add the blues from blacksmith.
Or adding Resistance 30% on all set on the avatar attachment which is also not supported by the default blues. I checked refmagicopt and refmagicoptassign but everything looks normal.

It's not unsupported blues, it's just that more blues are not listed in that box where you can add them.

And which media file is responsible for the blues listed in that box ?

No idea but I will take a look later if I can find anything, was never interested about this so I didn't do any kind of research.

Could some one give some hints on what table/media file I should look into?

Why would you need it tho?

any hints on changing the available avatar blues from database side?

why the fk would u need it?
Cant play fair and square?
