Is buying an Origin account safe?

I was wondering is there any way the acc to get recovered when you buy it ?

I'm not sure about this but if you get original e-mail and all security questions there is no way to get account back, also it's breaking Origin rules to don't sell account's but It's safe I guess, sold a couple already
