Looking for a GW2 server

Are there private servers for GW2? And its completly free?cuz I found once a private server and a Moderator from that server told me that you have to buy the game and then you could play on their server.
So if someone knows a private server for GW2 please comment here :)

There's no FREE server for GW2. Go buy it, they are having a sale.
They even give out 75% sale last month before they announced HoTS.

There are no private servers for GW2 and I highly doubt that there ever will be a private server. Why would you even create a emulator? Nearly nothing is worth the required effort.
