Messi V10 Login problems

i downloaded all files from description, installed all and configured like in video but with my hamachi IP

but i have problem, i add new account as/as and when i tried to login , i cant it shows me this what in video in 13:48 ... empty box and nothing... all the time

i do something wrong? Please for fast help

btw. i am a graphic designer, looking for somebody who can code a website layout.
