Can I find the files on the server to bring Hamachi. Files to the max as a 99 lv without crafting.
Or the craft and max 110 lv but no new skils.

If by that you mean running a server on Hamachi yes it's possible as for the files someone would give them to you if you spam them long enough or search arround.
