Yes you can by using cmd

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Enter CMD and press Enter.
3.Type shutdown -s -t 20 -c "spell 1045" (with the quotes) in the Command Prompt and press Enter.

why 20 won't it be better if it just was 1
